The shearing machine is suitable for shearing various steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, and non-metallic material plates with thicknesses within the machine's rated value. The materials must be free of hard marks, welding slag, inclusions, and welds, and exceeding the thickness is not allowed.

How to use the shearing machine: Adjust the blade gap according to the thickness of the material to be sheared; adjust the back gauge or fixture according to the width of the material to be sheared; before operating the shearing machine, perform 1-3 blank strokes, and only start shearing after it operates normally.

If any abnormality is found during the use of the shearing machine, immediately cut off the power and stop the machine for inspection.

When adjusting the shearing machine, the power must be cut off, and care should be taken to ensure hand safety when moving workpieces.

All parts of the shearing machine should be kept lubricated regularly. Operators should add lubricating oil once per shift, and maintenance personnel should add lubricating oil to the rolling bearing parts once every six months.
