Structural features:

The upper roll universal plate rolling machine belongs to the hydraulic three-roller plate rolling machine, which is used to roll the plate into a cylindrical, arc, and conical shape at room temperature. The upper roller can move vertically and horizontally. The vertical displacement of the upper roller adopts hydraulic transmission, and the horizontal movement adopts mechanical transmission. With the board end pre-bending function, the upper roller moves horizontally to make the upper roller an asymmetrical position relative to the lower roller to achieve the board end pre-bending. When rolling, the motor and reducer drive two lower rollers. Since the elevation of the lower roll remains unchanged, it is convenient to feed and operate. The tipping frame is tipped hydraulically. It adopts PLC programmable display control, digital display operation, simple and intuitive operation.
