The following points should be noted when operating a hydraulic bending machine:
1. In this process, after the pressure defect, the descent is automatically stopped; in the process of pressure or a significant increase, it slows down and cannot descend or ascend.
2. Automatic stop pressure; adding is normal, not rapid descent, but the normal pressure of the product.

Sharing some emergency solutions for hydraulic bending machine failures:
1. Check whether the electromagnetic coil of the mold overflow valve of the hydraulic bending machine is energized, and whether the electromagnetic coil voltage meets the requirements. If it is the above reasons, please check the relevant electrical reasons.
2. Check whether the cartridge valve is stuck or the main valve core is stuck, and whether the damping small hole is blocked. If it is the above reasons, please disassemble the mold overflow valve of the hydraulic bending machine, clean it, and reinstall it.
3. Three-phase power phase adjustment, causing the motor to rotate backward.
4. Check whether the oil level in the hydraulic bending machine mold oil tank is too low, whether the filling port is not submerged, and whether the rapid feed causes the insufficient filling of the oil cylinder upper cavity. If the above reasons are present, add oil to the oil tank above the filling port by 5mm or more to submerge the filling hole.
5. Check whether the rapid feed speed is too fast, causing insufficient filling. If it is the above reason, the rapid feed speed can be reduced by modifying the hydraulic bending machine mold system parameters.
6. Check whether the hydraulic bending machine mold filling valve is open. If it is due to oil pollution, causing the valve core of the filling valve to move unresponsively and be stuck, resulting in insufficient filling. The hydraulic bending machine mold filling valve needs to be cleaned and reinstalled to make the valve core move smoothly.
